10/26/2024 Recap

Posted on October 28, 2024October 28, 2024 by admin

We had a great class today. In the beginner section we went over Square Knot vs. Granny Knot, The Summerville Bowline, Double Columns and leg ladders, and how to extend your rope using a Lark’s head.

In the intermediate section, TickledKink showed us how to tie a nice clean leg ladder and improved an attached hand tie. We also got a chance to talk about whipping ropes, that is— when you tie the ends with thread to stop the rope from fraying.
